Medical Clearance
LuHi uses Magnus Health to manage all student health data. All students are required to complete checklist items within Magnus Health and ensure that all paperwork is complete and up-to-date. In order for student-athletes to be considered cleared, the School Nurse must have a valid NYS Physical on file (within the past year), with up-to-date immunizations, and no flags on the student's paperwork that would preclude participation in athletics. All paperwork must be submitted and accepted by the respective start date for each sport. Families are given access to Magnus Health via myLuHi once their child is enrolled.
